Another good time at the Oaks.
1st I want to say it was great to see Steve at the meeting and doing so well. Welcome back to the club man.
Also i wanted to thank you guys for letting me serve as your president. I am honored to do this for the club and each of you. Newt left me with some pretty big shoes to fill and I will do my best to fill them. I have alot of ideas and motivation to make this club run smoothly as it always has. Haveing Joe Tyree as my right hand man will be a big help. I do beleive that this is just the begining of a season better then last.
I'd like to thank everyone that showed up monday night, I had a blast as always. I would also like to thank everyone for their contributions to the 50/50. And a special thanks to Richard for his donation to the club.
There was one question that everyone had monday night. Where is everyone else? Hey even Newt made it. I know that some of you live a good distance away and others may have had to work. And with that said I hope this isn't the norm each month. As a club we voted to have a meeting each month again as we did in the past. The meetings are the perfect time to give your insight, and feed back. As the club president, weigh master, and webmaster I would like to hear your feedback. Remember I work for you and this is your club let your opinions be heard. See you all on Toho.

Chris May and his partner Charles Engel had a nice limit of fish weighing 19.52lbs clinching their first victory with the Brandon Bassmasters. Congratulation and welcome to the club guys.
Sean Larsen caught the big fish of the day weighing in at 6.79lbs. Team Larsen and Larsen came in 2nd place with a five fish limit weighing 14.94lbs.
Who would have thought that the weather would have held off that long. We had good fishing conditions most of the day. 9.5 boats showed, ready tough out the winds and rain and everyone caught fish. There was 6 teams that weighed in a 5 fish limit. I also wanted to welcome new members Tom Moore and Sylvia Moore to the club.
